Passenger Seats vs Airport Luggage

This is one of the most important things to consider when booking dubai airport transfer. A vehicle may have enough seats for the passengers but not enough space for all their luggage.

For 12 passengers + a few bags, a 12–15 seater van may be suitable. 12 passengers + 12 large suitcases, a 20-30 seater minibus may be more appropriate. 28 passengers + minimal luggage, a 30-seater may work. 28 passengers + 28 checked suitcases, a 35- or larger bus may be the better choice. 45 passengers + international luggage. Do not automatically book a 45-seater simply because the seating matches the passenger count, a 50- or 53-seater coach is better in this case.

Flight schedules can change. Provide the flight number when booking so the arrival can be identified correctly. If you become aware of a significant delay, cancellation or flight change, contact us as soon as possible. In these situations, the driver can wait for longer at the airport depending on the delay and flight changes.

Meeting Your Driver at Dubai Airport

Please follow these steps after your flight arrives:

1. Message your driver once you land
   As soon as your flight has landed and you have mobile service, send a WhatsApp message to the assigned driver to confirm that you have arrived.
2. Proceed through immigration and collect your luggage
   Complete immigration, baggage collection and customs as normal.
3. Message the driver again once you are ready to exit
   After you have collected all luggage and are ready to leave the terminal, inform the driver. The driver will then move the vehicle from the bus holding/parking area toward the designated paid pickup area.
4. Follow the driver’s meeting instructions
   The driver will send you the exact meeting point based on your terminal and vehicle type. Large buses and coaches use designated airport bus parking/pickup areas rather than the normal car pickup lanes.
5. Meet the driver at the confirmed pickup point
   The driver is familiar with Dubai Airport pickup procedures and will guide your group to the vehicle. For larger groups, it is best to have one group representative communicate with the driver so the pickup can be coordinated smoothly.

Important: Please do not ask the driver to enter the paid airport parking area until your entire group has cleared immigration, collected all luggage and is ready for pickup. This helps avoid unnecessary parking and waiting time.

Airport Arrival vs Departure — Why Prices Can Differ

Airport arrival and departure transfers are priced differently mainly because arrival pickups involve airport parking fees, while departure transfers usually do not. For an airport arrival, the driver must enter the designated paid parking or pickup area to collect passengers after they have cleared immigration and collected their luggage. These airport parking charges are included in the arrival transfer cost.

For an airport departure, the vehicle normally drops passengers directly at the terminal departure area and leaves immediately, so there is generally no paid parking involved. This is why you may notice that a transfer from the airport to a hotel has a different price from a transfer from the same hotel back to the same airport. The route may be similar, but the airport operating and parking costs are different.

Can 30 passengers with luggage use a 30-seater bus?

It depends on whether the passengers have small cabin bags or all of them have bigger bags included. If they have small cabin bags, then 30 seater would work, otherwise with larger bags, we recommend 40-seater or 50-seater bus, so the luggage can be accommodated properly.

Can you pick up passengers from DXB Terminal 1, 2 and 3?

Yes. We can arrange airport transfers from Dubai International Airport terminals 1, 2, and 3.

What happens if our flight is delayed?

If your flight is delayed, please keep us updated as soon as possible and provide your flight number so we can adjust the pickup arrangements accordingly. For a short delay, the driver can usually wait and coordinate the pickup based on your updated arrival time.

For a longer delay, we can adjust the scheduled pickup time and reorganize the driver or vehicle arrangements where necessary. The most important thing is to keep us informed of any significant delay, cancellation or flight change. Can several passengers arriving on different flights use one transfer booking?

Yes, but the best transport arrangement depends on how far apart the flights arrive. Keeping a coach waiting for several hours may not be practical, so separate smaller vehicles or grouped transfers may work better.

Can we request a Mercedes V-Class for an executive arriving at DXB?

Yes. Mercedes V-Class vehicles can be requested for premium executive and VIP airport transfers, subject to availability for the booking date.

Which vehicle is best for 45 airport passengers?

For 45 airport passengers, we recommend a 50-seater bus so there is additional capacity for luggage rather than filling every passenger seat. Please provide the total number of large suitcases and cabin bags when requesting the booking. We can then confirm whether the luggage can be accommodated comfortably in the 50-seater.

If the group is carrying more luggage than the coach can handle safely and practically, we can arrange an additional smaller van for excess baggage alongside the main bus. The most important information is the passenger count and luggage count. Once we have both, we can recommend the most suitable vehicle arrangement for the group.
