For larger groups, choosing the correct coach is not simply a matter of booking the biggest vehicle. You should also let us know the luggage and bags count so that we can recommend you the best vehicle.

Seating Capacity Is Not Luggage Capacity
This is one of the most important things to understand when choosing a rental vehicle. A vehicle advertised as a 15-, 30- or 50-seater refers primarily to passenger seating. It does not automatically mean the vehicle can carry the same number of passengers plus one large suitcase for every passenger.
For 15 passengers + no luggage, a 15-seater van may work perfectly. But for 15 passengers + 15 checked suitcases, a larger Sprinter or minibus is required so that all luggage can be fully covered.. The same principle applies to Coasters and coaches. For airport transfers, tell us:

Which Vehicle Is Best for an Event?
For conferences, weddings, exhibitions and sporting events, vehicle selection depends on how passengers are divided between pickup locations. For example, 90 passengers do not necessarily require one large-capacity solution. The better arrangement is: 2 × 45-seater coaches or 1 × 50-seater + 1 × 40-seater. depending on pickup points, arrival times and passenger distribution.

Frequently Asked Questions About Our Dubai Bus Fleet
Is a 30-seater Coaster suitable for 30 airport passengers?
Not necessarily. Thirty passengers using almost every seat leaves insufficient luggage space. For a group carrying checked baggage, we recommend a larger 50 seater bus even when the passenger count technically fits the 30 Seater Coaster Bus. On tour days when the airport luggage is not with the guests, then we can recommend the 30 seater bus.
What’s the difference between a 40- and 45-seater bus?
The main difference is seating capacity. A 45-seater provides extra capacity for groups that are close to the limit of a 40-seat vehicle.
Should 40 passengers book a 40-seater or a 45-seater?
For a local trip with little luggage, the 40-seats bus is recommended. For a longer journey, airport group or passengers carrying luggage, we would normally recommend the 45 seater bus with some spare capacity rather than filling every seat.
What’s the difference between a 50- and 53-seater coach?
The 53-seat category provides several additional passenger seats. However, vehicle selection should also consider luggage capacity, comfort requirements and the exact coach configuration rather than choosing based on three extra seats alone.
Can I specifically request a 53-seater coach?
Yes. Tell us that a 53-seater is required when requesting availability. The exact vehicle and seating layout should be confirmed for the booking date.
Which bus is best for 25 passengers with luggage?
Our 30-seater bus works well for 25 passengers with luggage. For a large airport luggage requirement, we would recommend a 35- or 37-seater which can provide additional space.
Which vehicle is best for 18 passengers?
If you want a low-cost option then we would recommend the 30 seater bus, but if you need a premium option, then the 19-seat Mercedes Sprinter is the best option.
Can we book several different bus sizes for one event?
Yes. Large events work better with a combination of vehicles, such as Sprinters for VIP passengers and 45- or 50-seater coaches for larger groups.
Are all buses equipped with Wi-Fi and USB charging?
No. Features vary by vehicle. If Wi-Fi, USB charging, a PA system or another feature is required, it should be confirmed before booking.
Does a 50-seat bus hold 50 large suitcases?
Not automatically. Passenger seat count and luggage capacity are separate. Tell us the number and approximate size of bags so we can confirm whether the vehicle is appropriate.
Can you recommend the bus size if I only know my passenger count?
Yes, but passenger count alone may not be enough for airport groups, long-distance trips or passengers carrying equipment. Luggage and itinerary details allow us to make a better recommendation.
