How far in advance should I book F1 transportation?
We strongly recommend booking 1-2 months in advance. During F1 week, demand is extremely high and last-minute availability (especially for minibuses and large coaches) becomes limited, and pricing goes up due to surge conditions.

Is there parking at Yas Marina Circuit?
Some guests can access parking via pre-arranged parking passes, and Yas Mall also provides large parking capacity. From there, shuttle buses run between Yas Mall, Yas Hotels, Etihad Park (concert venue), and the circuit grandstands. However, for most visitors, direct private drop-off + later pickup is easier than trying to self-park on race day.

Can the bus stay for the After-Race Concerts?
Yes. Your quote can include late-night pickup after the Yasalam After-Race Concert at Etihad Park. These concerts are part of the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix experience and run into the night, with very heavy crowds afterward.

How long is the drive from Dubai to Yas Marina Circuit on race day?
Normally about 90 minutes from central Dubai to Yas Island. On F1 weekend, especially before qualifying and before the race start, plan for up to 2 hours because of Abu Dhabi entry traffic and Yas Island diversions.

Do you offer transport from Sharjah?
Yes. We can pick up from Sharjah hotels or residences and take you directly to Yas Island. For Sharjah groups, we usually suggest leaving slightly earlier than Dubai-based groups because you pass through Dubai traffic on the way down.

Can we leave belongings in the vehicle?
For hourly/standby hire, yes — the same assigned vehicle and driver stays with you. For single drop-off / pickup bookings, personal items should be carried with you.
